Yes. Choose your own services or use the optional Build for me starting suggestions. Review Accounting & Advisory, then Admin & Software, and change any service or quantity before continuing. Your quote is calculated from the mix you submit.
No. A strategy discussion does not automatically include preparing bespoke reports, budgets or forecasts, or an ongoing outsourced finance director engagement. Where you select reporting or forecasting services in the calculator, those are separate selections. We agree any wider financial leadership, meeting frequency, deliverables and fees with you before work begins.
Yes. Tell us about your growth plans, investment decisions or future exit goals on a discovery call. We can discuss the accounting, tax and advisory support you need and agree any additional scope and fees separately. A calculator estimate is not a full exit-planning or transaction-support proposal.
Build for me suggests a starting service mix based on your business type and annual turnover. Suggestions assume a limited company; review VAT, payroll and bookkeeping hours before continuing. Ecommerce / Amazon includes LinkMyBooks as a removable software suggestion. These are editable starting suggestions, not a compliance assessment or tax obligations. Rebuilding adds suggestions without removing existing selections or changing existing quantities.

Yes. You can add or remove Monthly Bookkeeping and choose the monthly hours yourself. Where bookkeeping is included in starting suggestions, the hours are specified; it is not unlimited.
Some accounting and advisory service rates depend on the annual turnover bracket. Fixed software rates and the hourly bookkeeping rate do not. Payroll depends on employee count, and Self-Assessment on the income types and number of returns you select.
